  • Are you fully qualified and insured?

    Yes! We are NICEIC-certified, fully insured, and hold additional qualifications beyond the standard requirements.

  • Do you offer free quotations?

    Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotes for all domestic electrical work.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Once the job is complete, I will send an invoice, and I accept payment via bank transfer.

    Absolutely! We install a variety of EV chargers and can advise on the best option for your home.

Pricing & Quotes

  • How do I get a quote from you?

    To obtain a quotation from us, please get in touch via Whatsapp, Facebook or by phone and we will arrange to come out and see you to discuss your requirements. We will then send over a quotation which you can review. 

  • How long do I have to accept the quote?

    Quotations are usually valid for 30 days - after which are subject to review. 

Appointments

  • Do I need to be home for the work to be completed?

    This is completely up to you, we will work with our customers to ensure that they are happy with the plan of action. 

  • How soon can you fit me in?

    Availability depends on the type of work. Emergency jobs are prioritised, and we aim to schedule standard jobs within a reasonable timeframe.

Work Quality, Guarantees & Compliance

  • Do you use high-quality materials?

    Always! We work very closely with our customers to tailor the materials to their exact requirements. 

  • Are your electricians qualified and experienced?

    Absolutely! We are NICEIC-certified, fully insured, and have over a decade of experience in the electrical industry.

  • What happens if I have an issue after the work is completed?

    Whilst this is very unusual for us, we realise that sometimes things do crop up! 


    However, If you experience any issues related to our work, get in touch on 07436 003 624, we’ll inspect and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

  • Do you provide electrical certificates for the work you carry out?

    Yes, we issue Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC) and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) where required.

Payments

  • Do you require a deposit?

    For larger projects, we may request a deposit before work begins. This will be discussed with you during the quotation process.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is typically due within 30 days of completion of the work unless otherwise agreed with us. For larger projects, staged payments may be required.

  • Do you offer financing options?

    t the moment, we do not offer financing, but we aim to provide fair and transparent pricing.
